I have had no emails or calls from newcomers since the last business meeting.  With the change of date for Wyewood Champions there may be some coming for Saturday, August 26th.

Subject: Upcoming business meeting

This reminder is going out early, but I’m about to leave town for a week; I will return after I have scared away the dragon coming to eat our sun.


**It’s that time of the month again! Our business meeting will be held on Friday, August 25th – beginning at 7:15.**

Officers, please submit your reports here prior to noon on Friday the 25th so that they can be included in the meeting minutes. For your formal reports, please only include information about the last month of activities, not the entire quarter. Also, I just need to know about the baronial activities, not any personal matters.

if you have upcoming activities, please list them so that they will be included when the minutes are sent out.
