Officers, Below are the meeting minutes from Vashti (with a couple of updates that I had from email.
I will be sending these out to the populace on Monday evening. If you have any changes, updates, etc respond to me directly (not the officers list) by noon on Monday so that your updates are included.

Barony of Wyewood Business Meeting Minutes April 28, 2017

OFFICER REPORTS
HERALD - If you would like consulting help, email me at herald at wyewood.org<mailto:herald at wyewood.org>. We have several submissions from Barony members that were forwarded to Laurel this month. Award nominations! If you think someone is deserving of recognition, send their name and a description of their good deeds to Their Excellencies, even if you are unsure what award would be fitting.
BARONIAL MARSHAL/ARCHERY - Attendance has been a bit low. First Weds practice next week, May 3. Practice cancelled tomorrow for Embers and Ambrosia.
RAPIER - Practise has been inconsistent. Martin is moved so should get more consistent.
A&S - Embellishment class happened, lots of scribal happening and a project day happened. No heraldry consult at May 12 FCS. Maybe a block stamping class can happen? Discussion. Yes, stamping Y bags sounds good. A&S will happened at Champions and Arts Unframed.
Thursday is Fiber Night and Esclarmonde won't be there.
CHATELAINE - Alamanda has the Box of Chatelain, paperwork needs to be done. No contacts made, received a large fabric donation.
EXCHEQUER - Checking acct = $8923.97. Savings acct = $11719.75. Financial Committee Meeting happened. 2017 budget revised to $5065. We have transferred $5000 from checking to savings. We're getting new checks with 2 signature lines.
*We are officially removing Robert Mitchell and Heather Lazarretti from the bank signature card and adding David Keil.
CHRONICLER - Getting caught up on backlog of meeting minutes.
CHAMBERLAIN - Nothing to report.
WEBSTER - We don't have one, Seneschal will begin advertising for a new one.
BARONAGE - Alessandra reports = Baroness War was great. Both B&B are going to May Crown.
Evrard reports = Aurora Prindle made a war tabard for him to wear at Baroness War and then she won the largesse competition! He is going to Embers and Ambrosia tomorrow and A may go Sunday. Both are planning on going to Junefaire, which will only be open to the public on Saturday.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
SENESCHAL CHANGEOVER - Done! Keys and paperwork handed over. Changeover paperwork for Kingdom being passed around.
ARTS UNFRAMED - Kent school district has the paperwork and EIF is done.
CHAMPIONS - Don Donatello presented a bid for Champions and there was great rejoicing by the populace in attendance! Donatello will be following up on a couple of issues (insurance and handicapped biffy) and the bid will be voted on at May's Business Meeting.
OPEN BUSINESS
Warder Martin would like to know if there is interest in hosting an new event focusing on a Tournament of Courtiers. Populace in attendance enthusiastically support his investigating this idea further and the Barony is happy to host.
Rasmus is willing to make more armorial stands, will submit some estimated costs to the Barony at the next Business Meeting
