[Officers] Webmaster not at meeting

I'm terribly sorry but I won't be at the meeting tonight. I have too much
homework that is due tonight.

*What I've done:*
Upgraded plugins on the website in reaction to reports about Wordpress
vulnerabilities.

Posting news posts about Barony, and attempting to archive Esclarmonde's
series about Event Steward process

Sent out reminder email to general listserv in response to reports that the
list wasn't sending out emails

Contacted Wenyeva about listserv not sending emails and Wordpress
vulnerabilities but not received a response yet

*Where I'm stuck: *
Still waiting for Notes from past Business meetings to post online

Are all the dates and contacts on the site accurate? - I saw some posts
about Champions not being on the calendar and I know Arts Unframed moved
dates

If there is a separate site for an event let me know and I can link to it
from the front page.

I put information in the news section about Baronial Polling as it was
published on the listserv. Is there any additional information that needs
included on the website?


*Next Steps*
Next month I am being sent to Florida on June 25th which I think is the
next business meeting, so I don't think I'll be in attendance.

My classes are quite intense and have eaten all my time. I am posting
things on the website and keeping it as up to date as I can, but if you see
any errors I will try to respond within 24 hours to fix it.
