[Officers] Madrone requests permission... reply required by 5pm on 3/9

[Events de Valogne via Officers]

The event is the same weekend as Archery Fest in Vulkanfelt so it will create a large conflict of interest for many archers.  Normally there is plenty of archery offered at Emprise so possibly both events could suffer in attendance.
Regarding land use in Wyewood by Madrone I am in favor of it.

Greetings unto the Baron and Baroness of Wyewood and officers.
The Barony of Madrone is asking permission to investigate and  possibly of use a site located within the lands under the purview of our fair barony for the 2016 Black Lion Emprise the weekend of Sep-23 to Sep-25.
One location is the Enumclaw Fairgrounds. The second is located in Maple Valley.
Does anyone have a reason why we should turn this request down?
Please respond before end of business (5pm) on Wednesday Mar-9.
