Wyewood Business Meeting 5/27/16 



Meeting opened at 7:15 PM. 

Officer reports- Dame Escarmond finished her heraldic class series. Lady Avine set up a consulting table. Mir volunteered at the consulting table, and as a field herald at May Crown. One name from Wyewood is in submission. 

Baronial Marshal/ Archery- We went to two practices a week, adding Thursday evening on May 10. The contact our the range site has given the ok for the date of Wyewood Champions. Many scores have been submitted. Planning a TAM class at the next FCS. 

Rapier- Not much going on. Only Alex, May and I have been at practice because of camping events that have taken others. No injuries and no blade breaks. 

Arts and Science.- From last month, second heraldry class complete. Culinary was cancelled, but pasta making was done this week. Fiber Night went on the night planned. Music will be starting back up this month. Project Days are continuing and productive at Greywolf Den. 

Chateline- Continue to receive 1-2 contacts per month. Encouraging them to attend FCS nights. (Tim attended his first FCS as a result) 

Exchequer- Checking $6480.18. Savings 6707.43. 

Chronicler- At hospital having spider bite treated. 

Chamberlain- At hospital with Chronicler. 

Webster- Upgraded plugs ins on the website. Posting news and attempting to archive Dame Esclarmones’s Event Steward Process series. Waiting on minutes from last meetings.Please check you event listing for correct date, time and address. 


Baronage- Attended Sir Eddies and May Crown. Incredibly proud of the service of Wyewood. Shenanigans ensued at both events. 



Unfinished business- 

June Faire- Wyewood Camping is being generously provided by Lady Ealusaid and her Lord’s household. You need to pre-register and let them know you need space. 

Wyewood Champions- Lord Xenos is at Egils. 

Arts Unframed- Dame Esclarmonde reported. Insurance is in place. Web site is being drafted by Lord Tymme. FB post is up- needing to be shared to other branches. Volunteers have been recruited for this task. Posters went up at May Crown, and will be up at Junefaire. 

12 th Night- Lady Liadain reported. Planning is on schedule. Lady Alamada is making site tokens. Still needing volunteer for decoration and Royal liason. Starting insurance certificate process. 

Feast of St. Bubba- 2/4/16 Lady Avine reported. Planned at Greater Maple Vally Center. Currently 50 feast slots, aiming for 65. Event proposal submitted and discussed. Event proposal approved. 

Baronial Polling- Published in Crier. Letter of intent and resumes for candidates needed ASAP. Labels for polling have been ordered. Date to request absentee polling past without requests. Many people were nominated, but none of the new nominees were able to accept. Polling is on schedule. 



There was no new business
