[Officers] Wyewood Business Meeting - Officers Meet at 6:45pm?

 Greetings All,
 
Would it be possible to meet Friday night at 6:45pm with the Officers to go over
the Feast of St. Bubba event bid again?

I would like us to have a less distracting discussion before it gets presented
to the populace.
 
Please let me know if you CAN'T make it.
