[Officers] Chatelaine not attending Champions

Unfortunately, I can't be two places at the same time and will be
missing Baronial Champions.  Through the years, this has always been
one of my favorite events, so I'm sad I can't make it.

But I am absolutely giddy that I'm missing it to take a Tudor
costuming workshop with subject matter experts!!!

OK, back on point.... I won't be at Champions, and am not sure if
Margaret, my Gold Key deputy will be able to attend and wrangle Gold
Key or not.  I'll leave that to her working it out with Don Donatello.
