[Officers] Officer meeting?

My only real need to get together is for check signing which could be done at Wyewood in the Park. 
Exchequer' Report:
IN:

$508.00 from Bubba contributions.
$440.00 from City of Auburn  (refund site deposit)

OUT:

Ropes for pavilion $94.61
Site fees for fighter workshop $652.00 (less an as-yet specified refund amount)
Culinary $20.76 (FCS 5-11-12)

Public storage $78.00 twice.  (when are we going to find out about moving it to a larger place? ...so I can pay for several months at once.....)

We still have money. But it would be nice to push the Bubba contributions in all locations. :-)

I've been working on an agenda for our meeting, and I find I just don't have that much to discuss.

Do any of you have agenda items that you need to present?  If not, perhaps I should return your Monday evening to you and wait until next month.  I should let you know that I will be out of town for the next FCS (and business meeting).
