[Officers] Budget overage, need feedback

Dear Officers of Wyewood,
 According to our Financial Policy, when we have an amount requested that goes over the budget for an Event by more than $50, we must go before the Financial Committee.  Since we don't have one at this point, I am running it past all of you.  I would like your feedback ASAP.  I already have the OK from the Autocrat and the Seneschal.
Food for Crown Council including the Revel was budgeted at $350.  The totals came in at $395.55.  Even though the cheque request was for the budgeted amount, I would like to pay her to full amount she spent.  Also, I was sent out last minute to get the forgotten hot cups, which adds another $26.64. I also would like to get reimbursed for this. I am finding another person to sign the second signature since I don't think it's cool to sign a check for myself!
We had 276 at Crown Council including children/youth. 44 people paid for the fighter workshop.  Donations for lunch and etc. came to $383. When the bill for the site comes and we can do the final numbers, I will let you know what our profit it.  We get to keep 40% because I am determined to get the report in early! :-)
