Wyewood Officers Meeting

3-14-11  Called to order at 7:10pm



Old Business

Largesse presented & accepted.  3 people were recognized at Kingdom A&S

Exchequer-went to Kingdom training, needs to meet with officers, they are working on a credit card system for preregistration.



New Business

The cutoff for responding to the meeting schedule was 3-11-11.  There were 8 responses.  There are 172 SCA members living with in Wyewood.

NHCC needs to do some remodeling, lights outside will be added.  We can only use Bubba can money for donations, it has been suggested that we donate our time to help.

Public demo with City of Des Moines

Renton River days is the same weekend as our event.

Rapier practice to start back up in April

Pieces of the “Wye”, have a suggestion?  Let us know.  A new list of who already has received theirs is being put together.



Open Forum

Offer of Grace’s family room for small meetings.



Future Events

Culinary Symposium-this event is next month.  They have hit goal for attendance.  They still need carpool help & Sunday clean up help.

Wyewood Revel-there was a walk through of the site.  Our questions are being addressed.



Open positions

Heavy Armored Marshall-one candidate, Red Bear.  No comment cutoff date has been set yet.

Chronicler-two candidates, Grace & Alinora Greymoor. No comment cutoff date has been set yet.

Chief Archer-one candidate, Tymme.  No comment cutoff date has been set yet.

Constantine will be the new Seneschal 4-1-11.

We have a volunteer for Thrown Weapons Marshall

Robert is having problems finding someone to take his place but is willing to continue until someone is found.

Kingdom Exchequer is stepping down.
