[Officers] Financial Policy

Greetings Officers:

Attached is the 2007 version of the Wyewood Financial Policy.  I think this 
document was originally scanned from a previously typed version, so there are 
some garbled words I still haven't found and fixed.  The policy guides how 
finances are handles at the branch level, filling in details that are not 
mandated at the Corporate and Kingdom level.  I bring up this document because 
we need to to examine how we can move back into compliance.  However, before we 
take those steps, we need to update our policy to account for the latest Kingdom 
policy changes since 2007.  It also seems that once our policy is updated, we 
need to send it along to Kingdom for final approval.  My goal for the officer 
meeting is to begin having everyone get familiar with what we presently have on 
hand before we start looking at changing things.
