[Officers] Updated agenda for officers meeting

Greetings from the chirurgeon.

It appears that I'm scheduled by life to miss this
months officers meeting.  This could change but
it isn't likely at this point.  Here is my monthly report.

Attended no events last month.  Everyone was
of course well behaved.  No paperwork generated.
Budget request submitted last month.

I will not be attending the Yule feast.  That is the
day I'm flying back home for the holidays.  I will try
to look for coverage.
