July Officer Meeting Minutes
July 12, 2010
Officer’s Meeting Began: 7:05pm
The next officer’s meeting is August 9 at the Kent Library at 7:00pm.  The
September Meeting location is still pending.

Officer Reports:
* All officers must turn in a monthly report to the Seneschal by the 15th of
each month.
The new Chronicler will be Dianora Serafini effective July 12. ACTION:
Dianora please bring copies of your blue card and driver’s license, front
and back.   The new Herald will be Avine de Hert effective July 12.
* If you are an officer and your term of office is expiring, please find a
replacement.
Wyewood Champion’s Tournament:
* We will be able to set up for the Champion’s Feast at the FCS the night
before.

Upcoming Events:
* Culinary Symposium – The Kingdom Culinary Guild is scheduling a Culinary
Symposium in Auburn in April 2011.  Elisabeth has volunteered as the
Chairperson for the Symposium.
o Dragon’s Laire doesn’t want to co-sponsor, so we are the sole sponsors.
It was proposed that we should do the Culinary Symposium one year, then keep
the same weekend and do a Wyewood event there on the off years.
* Emprise of the Black Lion – September 24-26.   Chris George has
volunteered to do Sunday’s sack lunch at the Emprise.

Event Reports:
* Several Wyewoodians went to An Tir/West War.  Was fun and not too hot.

* Please send Beleg all updates for the Website.  They need to be ready to
cut and paste to the website.
