January Officer Meeting Minutes
January11, 2009

Officer’s Meeting Began: 7:10pm

* Previous Meeting Minutes were accepted unanimously.

Event Reports:
* 12th Night – There were quite a few Wyewoodians who attended.  Rodrekr was knighted with Clan Cairn in attendance with a bagpipe escort.  The Archery Marshall was presented with 18 Archery Medallions to present to Wyewood Archers.  

Old Business
* Website updates – Please send Beleg all updates for the Website.  They need to be ready to cut and paste to the website.

Officer Reports:
* All officers must turn in a monthly report by the 15th of each month.  Any officer not doing this could be replaced per the Kingdom Seneschal.
* Officer Budget Requests are due to Miranda by January 15.
* There is an updated Officer rotation list for FCS Hosting on the website.  Please check to see when you are expected to host.
* The Seneschal has two candidates for the Contingency Deputy position, Mina and Constantine.  Officers will vote at the February meeting.  
* The February Officer Meeting will be at Tomas’ home, Feb. 8 at 7:00pm.  
* The Chatelaine is looking for a person to take over the position.  Interested persons should send a letter of intent to both the Seneschal and the Exchequer.
* We have an applicant, Samantha, for the Exchequer’s position.  
* We need to find a new Rapier Marshall as Bryan needs to retire sooner than expected.  ACTION: Bryan will send a message to the list to find a replacement.

New Business:
* Guillaume de Garrigues would like to have someone from Wyewood participate on the Autocrat staff of the Emprise of the Black Lion in September.  It will be at Reber Ranch again and he would love to have someone from Wyewood to help out with it.  They
want to have Archery again.  ACTION: Tomas was going to request a volunteer.  The dates are September 24-26, 2010.
* Wyewood Champions – was suggested to combine Wyewood Champions and Known Wide World of Sports and make it a 2 day camping event. 
* All official events that have body contact must have a gatesheet.  It must also have waivers.
 
New Events:
* Dragon’s Laire is having an A&S Daycamp in April.  More info TBA.
* Glymm Mere is having the Kingdom A&S on March 5-7 in the town of Elma, southwest of Olympia.  Esclarmonde will be teaching there.  
* Grand Ithra will be March 27&28 in Dragon’s Laire.  If you are interested in teaching a class please contact Elisabeth.
